ACMA Membership Categories:CandidateCandidate (individual non-voting): Any person employed in a full-time capacity in the management of condominiums, is eligible to become a candidate member of the Association provided that they agree to meet all the criteria and write the ACM examination within three (3) years of becoming a member and write the RCM examination within two (2) years of receiving their ACM designation. All candidates must be nominated by 2 ACMA members. Includes annual membership to NACM (National Association of Condominium Managers). Price - $200.00 (yearly renewable fee) ACM(Accredited Condominium Manager)/RCM (Registered Condominium Manager)ACM/RCM (individual voting): Any member who is directly employed in condominium management in Alberta and who has a minimum of three (3) years employment as a condominium manager and who has successfully completed the ACM and/or RCM examination is entitled to use the applicable designation, as long as he or she is a member in good standing of the Association and abides by the Associations’ code of professional ethics, By-Laws and standards. All ACM/RCM applicants must be nominated by 2 ACMA members. Includes annual membership to NACM (National Association of Condominium Managers) Price - $150.00 (yearly renewable fee) CorporateCorporate (includes one voting member): Any company, corporation, partnership or firm engaged in the business of the management of condominiums in Alberta is eligible for membership as a Corporate Member. All employees of the corporate member may attend ACMA events at the member rate. All Corporate applicants must be nominated by 2 ACMA members. Includes annual membership for voting member to NACM (National Association of Condominium Managers). Price - $350.00 (yearly renewable fee) AssociateAssociate (non-voting): Persons engaged in the supply of goods and/or services to condominium corporations, managers or management companies. All Associate applicants must be nominated by 2 ACMA members. All employees of the Associate member may attend ACMA events at the member rate. Price - $300.00 (yearly renewable fee) |
